We'll talk through your concerns and goals, review your medical history, assess your skin and facial structure, and explain the options that suit you — including expected results, downtime, fees and possible risks. There is no obligation to proceed on the day.

Our approach is to enhance, not change. We favour subtle, gradual refinements that keep you looking like yourself, and we will always advise you honestly — including when we feel a treatment isn't needed.

Most treatments involve only mild, brief discomfort. Depending on the procedure, we use numbing cream, cooling and fine needles to keep you comfortable, and we'll talk you through each step as we go.

It depends on the treatment. Many skin boosters and laser toning sessions involve little more than temporary redness or small bumps, while some treatments can cause swelling or bruising for a few days. We'll explain what to expect beforehand so you can plan around work and events.

Some results are visible straight away, such as dermal fillers, while others build gradually over several weeks as your skin renews, such as skin boosters and skin tightening. How long results last varies by treatment and by individual — we'll give you a realistic picture at your consultation.
